Our Greek coffee combine unique taste, aroma and quality in a traditional blend of Brazil, Ethiopia and Colombia sustainably sourced coffee beans.

Preparing tips for two cups:

  • For each cup, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki,
  • Pour one teaspoon full of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
  • Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat.
  • The coffee is ready when the crema has risen right up to the top.
  • Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the crema equally between each cup.
